Our core team

Steve Curati
Digital Director and Co-Founder

Steve oversees all our digital projects. Leading on strategy, UX, overseeing the dev teams and making sure we work with our clients to deliver great, relevant, impactful work. Knowing when to look at the big picture and when to focus on the little details. He’s been working in and around digital for the best part of 15 years, from helping NGOs like Barnardos and Refugee Council, to head of online at D&AD, to agency Head of Delivery and Digital Director roles. 

Steve has helped deliver some amazing projects for a world class array of clients, including The Natural History Museum, Sony Sustainability, London’s Design Museum and Metro International. He headed up the team that delivered the Webby-winning OpenIDEO platform and conceived and commissioned the first ever online D&AD Annual. 

Steve is committed to the idea that the sustainable way is the only way. He believes that the future that’s here, but not very evenly distributed and can be spread around a bit more fairly. That doing is better than saying. He also plays a mean ukulele.

Dominik Webb
Creative Director and Co-Founder

Responsible for design and creative strategy, Dom loves nothing more than to immerse himself into his clients’ world and help them articulate their vision and aspirations. Using his expertise as an interactive and motion graphics designer, his central focus is on creating new angles of engagement and simplifying the complex. 

Over the years, he has collaborated with leading design and animation studios such as; Cartlidge Levene, FramFab, IDEO, Mainframe and Pentagram Design, helping teams translate design and thinking into intuitive and engaging digital products. 

His past clients include; Apple, BBC, Capitol Records, EMI Music, IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), Microsoft, Nokia and SONY. Dom has been part of several teams producing award winning projects; Webby Award for crowdsourcing platform OpenIDEO, a Webby nomination for Winderful, Mediaweek National Training Award for an online certification platform for the advertising industry, various IVCA Awards, Green Award, European Online Journalism Award and a BAFTA Nomination.

Rob McCormack
Developer at Large

Based in Barcelona, Rob represents the Spanish arm of DIAS and is the driving force of rapidly coding design and thinking into a clickable reality. Whilst DIAS London fights the traffic on their bicycles, Rob clears his head with an early morning mountain bike ride before starting the day so always has a smile on his face. 

Rob graduated from Brunel University in London with a BSc in Multimedia Technology and Design, straight after joining digital comms agency Large Blue as a front end developer, during four years he worked on all the lead projects such as; OpenIDEO, IVCA Player and green.tv becoming an incredibly skilled front-end developer who always thinks about the bigger picture.
